Not as crowded as it used to be. Generally helpful friendly staff. Overall fairly clean store. Usually the lowest price for goods. Checkout can be long sometimes but for the most part I'm in and out in a very reasonable time
I was there last night looking for the perfect Christmas tree and they were sold out but a very nice employee excuse me if I don't spell your name correctly Quinton made sure to help me and spoke to the manager. I got my beautiful tree! Thank you again sir for your help. Happy Holidays to you .
The customer service in this place is awful...if I could rate it o stars I would...I purchased a battery at this place because I thought I needed one...unfortunately that wasn't the issue with the car the management there was very snob and said once you've install in your car I can't take back ...I've seen people take back used product that don't work that like lawn mower with gas in them and even food and makeup but you can't take back a battery with a receipt that was place in a car for not even 10 min. No signs are posted to say no refund on battery...I'll take my business to HEB....
Nice clean location. Helpful staff. They didn't have some price tags out but were happy to scan the item to let us know the price. Acknowledged that it should have been priced.
Went to store on 10/11/17, bought 2 bags of fully cooked chicken strips and 1 bag of fully cooked chicken nuggets, great value brand. baked the chicken strips per the directions, served them to the family. We hadn't tried this brand of strips before, thought it tasted funny. A little sweet but the baggage said sweet and savory. I only had 1 piece the family had 1 or 2 pieces but we all agreed we didn't like the taste. Soon after we all started feeling nauseous. Today I was telling our roommate about it and he asked if the chicken was expired. I told him it shouldn't be as I had just bought it the day before... I check the freezer for the remaining bag and ITS FREAKIN EXPIRED ON 7/11/17... NO WONDER WE ALL GOT SICK. Never going back to that Walmart. So please if u choose to purchase frozen items, for sure check expiration dates. Absolutely disgusting! Shame on you walmart. Silver lining, I was able to return the remaining bag and get a full cash refund on all three items.[
