Called to ask questions about the possibility of doing a child custody exchange in the parking lot. The receptionist was very rude and not willing to answer my simple questions. I was told if I didn't like her answers, I needed to call back in the morning and speak to a supervisor. For being public servants, and ones who are here to protect us, their customer service needs extreme improvement.

And after making a theft complaint, as a kid, they got their facts wrong and then confiscated my stuff thus I was robbed multiple times. They in fact stole my Christmas presents under the false claim I stole these things from Richard Green. I said bully (chubby guy) who was claiming I was Richard Wayne and not someone actually named that. WPD decided I was Richard Wayne stealing from Richard Green. I have also witnessed many acts of corruption from them when living in that city. They are well known as one of the most corrupt small departments in the nation. Much of that due to Ronnie Cain and his brother stealing from Rackspace. I was threatened with arrest if I were to speak to the media about the Richard Wayne mistake. They just want it to be under the rug and forgotten. I never got my belongings back. Lori Harris of WPD did apologize years ago but that's about it. Windcrest PD's moral compass is pointing due south.
